In home services

We play a very unique role in the process of your relocation, We will diligently work with all vendors that are to visit your home so that you don’t have to be there. All work performed will be inspected signed off for and cleared by the client, All services are documented and sent to our clients along with any passwords that have been provided by their choice of a phone call, Secure email or text.

Our project coordinators are also able to stock your home with any necessities that our clients require, From toiletries, Dry goods, Cleaning supplies etc.. prior to your arrival.

Access To Your Home

We can work directly with your realtor, Landlord or be given access to your home by collecting the keys via a lock box prior to your scheduled visit or arriving prior to the client needing to leave, In most cases clients are able to provide our team members with a temporary secure code for access to their home via their smart home front door security system or a key

What is your policy?

We are a Licensed and Insured LLC Company. All of our Project Welcome Home service team members are background checked via Live Scan to ensure your home and personal property are always safe. We have a strict policy to keep personal property and the welfare of our clients personal data safe at all times.

Home Design

Our Home Design services are provided in order to make your life easier with your move, We can decorate all or parts of your home as per your request with regards to colors, Themes, Material etc, This requires an over the phone consultation with one of our experience interior decorators for a quote.

DOMESTIC,INTERNATIONAL & INTERSTATE

We are currently servicing the Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside and San Diego Counties for relocation to and from international, interstate & domestic locations. We are able to provide you with all services listed on our about page and will also provide you with a local guide that pertains to the city that you are relocating to which includes, Local police departments, City hall, Eateries and outings.
