Project Coordinator

Position Overview

As a Project Coordinator you will be responsible for assisting transferring residents and employees with their relocation requirements. Project Welcome home specializes in every facet of domestic, and international relocation. Support provided to our clients can include rental accommodations searches, area orientations, government services, temporary accommodation searches, and any additional request by the client. Your role as a Project Coordinator is to ensure the client receives the services authorized and to facilitate a smooth and stress free move. This will allow for our customer to spend less time worrying about the move, and more time focusing on their new home and city. The ideal candidate for this role is enthusiastic, personable, organized, and possesses excellent customer service and communication skills.

Duties and Responsibilities

City Orientation

  • Familiarize our clients with the destination location and areas requested

  • Make suggestions based on client lifestyle, budget etc. to ensure they are able to formulate informed housing and schooling decisions based on their lifestyle and budget

Settling-In

  • Coordinate our Home Guardian and other services as authorized by the client

Administrative

  • Research rental and residential properties along with locating real estate agents, city amenities, daycare’s, schools and local government agency contact information.

  • Provide timely reports, updates, and summaries to your client.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Professional attitude toward colleagues and clients

  • Superior customer service skills

  • Advanced communication and interpersonal ability (Reading, writing, speaking)

  • Time management and problem solving skills

  • Expert knowledge of the city and surroundings areas

  • Expert knowledge of the local rental market

  • Excellent Internet & PC skills

Lines of Communication

Internally, communicate with all Operations, Operations Administrator, Initiations Team & Operations Coordinator, Externally, correspond with client to accomplish tasks authorized.

Special Requirements

  • Must have a 4 door, Vehicle.

  • 3 year experience in project management/coordination.

  • Must have vehicle insurance

  • Working Knowledge of Microsoft office/O365

  • Background Check
